Through the years as a game developer I've learned many things about how to craft fun, successful games—And I've also seen a lot of changes in technology during that time! However, the fundamentals of what makes games fun really hasn't changed too much. The secret sauce is too lengthy to spell out here. ;)
I love the creative process of developing games, and I love building teams who are fueled by passion and growth. Being part of a team creating immersive game experiences is something I continue to be very passionate about.
